• The laity are the church's greatest untapped resource. But oftentimes they are relegated to second-class ministers, people who support the work of “real” ministry on the front-lines, i.e., ordained clergy. This workshop aims to flip that assumption completely around, stating that the real front-lines of ministry are where people spend the highest percentage of their lives: at work – and it is the work of ordained clergy to support the laity in these (work)places of ministry.
